Mobile Check Deposit Now Available

A great new feature is now available to Arvest Mobile Banking iPhone® app users. Deposit checks to your account in a few simple steps - making it easier to fund your account from almost anywhere.  There is no charge for Mobile Check Deposit when depositing a check to your personal checking or savings account.  The new app update for Android™ phones allowing mobile deposits will be available in December 2012.   

Arvest Mobile Banking also has a new look and several improvements with this update: 
 
- Deposit checks from your phone
- Redesigned location search
- Current rates
- Arvest News feed from arvestblog.com
- Improved BillPay payee nickname options
- Personal financial calculators
 
Update the Arvest Mobile Banking App on your iPhone® to take advantage of these new features.  The new app requires iOS 5 or higher to function.

Account must open minimum of 90 days in good standing to qualify for mobile deposits. Certain other restrictions may apply, read here for more details.

When will we see this for the Android App? Seems Android is always way behind the Iphone app.

I was excited about the new app for mobile deposits but disappointed to learn there is a $1,000 per day limit. Are there any plans to raise the limit?

Can you explain the reason for the standard deposit limit of $1000 per business day and $3000 per rolling 30 days for mobile check deposit?

Will we be able to scan checks through a scanner and download them if we do not have iphones or androids?

Cindy and Brian - These are the standard base limits for the service. If you have a need that exceeds these limits, please call (866) 952-9523 and ask about your options. Will - We are anticipating offering a scan-at-home option in the future, although it may not be in the next several months.

Can you e-mail me when this is available for android? Can i use this app for a small business checking DBA with no FEIN number?

Erick - Mobile Check Deposit is currently available for Android. Free Small Business Checking, Small Business Checking and Small Business Club Checking accounts are also eligible for Mobile Check Deposit once qualifications have been met. A per deposit fee applies to these business accounts when using Mobile Check Deposit. We will have a member of our Customer Service team contact you to further assist.

Just called Arvest to see how I could get an increase on the standard daily deposit and was told that they cannot increase that.

Chrissy - Though we do have daily and 30-day rolling limits on how much you can deposit via Mobile Check Deposit, we do have other deposit options available. Feel free to discuss these with your local Arvest branch or customer service at (866) 952-9523.

If an account is created just a day and the mobile deposit is activated but being unable to make deposit. It keep saying Your accounts not currently eligible for mobile check deposits. When can I make the deposit??

Hi Stephanie - Accounts that have not been open for 60 days are not yet eligible for Mobile Check Deposit. That said, there are a few other reasons you may be seeing this message. Please contact us at (866) 952-9523 so our customer service team can assist you.
